Halle turns 9 in two weeks. She's still got it though. Great hound.

I got a new D700 so to test it out we went and ran around at the park.

The Rambles

I took another trip to L.A. early this year for a couple shoots. The Rambles are a great rock and roll band from L.A. that I had the privilege of working with while I was in town. They have a new EP coming out soon and are playing SXSW this week in Austin, TX. Super nice guys!

Chloe Turns 2

My niece, Chloe, turned 2 so of course we HAD to drive up to party! Every time I go to Raleigh and visit her I'm absolutely shocked at how she is becoming...like...an actual person. I know this is a very poorly written way of expressing this feeling but I don't know how else to say it. Watching a child close to me develop a personality for the first time in my life has been an unbelievably enjoyable experience. 

So here are some shots from her party and her whole birthday. She had a blast.
